MSNBC auctioning off stick puppets of Michael Jackson

Cable news channel MSNBC is auctioning off stick puppets of Michael Jackson, Tom Messero, and others for a good cause. The stick puppets were a part of "Michael Jackson Puppet Theater", a parody of the day's events in the Michael Jackson Trial that airs during "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" weeknights at 8:00 PM and midnight ET. The figures were used in the very first installment, which aired in February when Michael Jackson showed up late to court in his pajamas.

Bidding started at 9:00 PM ET Monday, with the starting bid at $0.05. The bid was up to $10,000 fifteen minutes after the auction began. The bidding closes Friday at 9:00 PM ET.
